At last I've come around to doing my blog again - I realise that leaving it a month between blogs isn't exactly rivetting stuff...but hey, if you're that desperate for a read then visit Mel's blog. She's always going on about something. (Some people have too much time on their hands - luv you Mel! ;-)Here is a piccy from 2 days ago - we were back in the studio laying down Backing Vocals: Jon and Paul adding sonic delights til the cows come home. All I got to do was whisper and scream on Hope and now, two days later, I still can't talk properly.
Tonight Paulo and I went along to THQ (Salvation Army speak for Head Office) to hear the ISB play in their rehearsal room. I'm not sure if I've mentioned it before but we have asked them if they would be kind enough to play on our album and they have said yes! They are playing on a track entitled 'Take Broken Me' - if it works out well (and it should do because they're very good indeed) then we will have a great track on our hands when the whole lot is added together. We then shared a very tasty Nandos together with some of our friends from the band. All in all jolly good fun.
On the way home, whilst listening to the minidisc recordings we had made we decided to record some train noises...which proved to be amusing. The trains at Ingatestone Station never sounded so good! Hopefully our quest for special effects will make it onto the album!?
Well it's bed time I suppose. Tomorrow is another day and I intend to use it well.

rude boy...i reckon you probably strategically space out your blogs to seem mega busy. also...anyone that has time to put all their albums (and that is MANY) onto itunes seriously has too much time on their hands. Luv ya back x
Sad to say I just got back from a bowling tournament and decided to log in and do some websurfing. M t L I love your blog. I had some very good laughs. I am doing a paper on beatles guitar tabs and have been downloading information for the last hour. I don’t know how I came across BV Magik but I am glad I did. It has set me back a little because I have spent the last hour reading your archives. If you don’t mind I would like to add you to my favorites so I can back again and read some more. Well I need to get back to beatles guitar tabs. I am almost finished with it. Great job.

Obviously my search landed me here and it is a little off subject compared to BV Magik, but I am certainly glad I did come across your blog. Did I already tell you I like it! Silly internet bringing me here :-) Funny I have been doing hours of research on acoustic electric guitars and it brought me to your blog on BV Magik. The web plays funny games sometimes. Obviously my search on takamine guitars was way off when compared to BV Magik and find it funny how it landed me here. The internet is a funny thing. Well I just got back from the gym and I am beat. I am currently doing some research on resonator guitars and stumbled across your blog. Which cracks me up really. The internet can certainly land you off base sometimes. Even though BV Magik is not completely related I think it is a cool blog. I have read back through the archives and lots of people make some very good points. Well I have been on-line forever it seems. I need to continue to plug away at resonator guitars. If you have the energy swing by resonator guitars. I try to update my site weekly and maybe you will see something you like. I already snagged your URL and put it in my favorites. Hey M t L. Very nice blog :0) I just got inside from washing and waxing my truck. It is my baby. Took me 2 hours though. So I settled down into my basement and started doing some web surfing. Anyways I am in the process of grabbing my masters degree and have spent the last 6 months researching alvarez guitars. In the midst of my surfing I landed smack dab in the middle of your blog. I hope you do not think I am intruding but I must say it is great blog.
